GREEN STONE SICAF S.P.A. (“GREEN STONE”), in its capacity as Data Controller (the “CONTROLLER”), aims to comply with all applicable personal data protection regulations and ensures that all necessary measures are taken to meet the requirements of current laws and regulations.
In accordance with EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as well as Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 101/2018, we wish to inform you, as a user of this website and thus as a data subject (the “DATA SUBJECT”), about the processing of your personal data when you browse our website or use the services provided through the portal, and about your related rights.

The information processed includes:
- Personal data voluntarily provided by you during interactions with the website’s features and when requesting the services offered through the portal (for example: registering on the website, requesting an appointment with our representatives, or requesting information or promotional materials);
- Browsing data, i.e. information automatically collected by the website’s IT systems during normal operation (such as IP addresses, domain names, and other parameters related to your operating system and IT environment). Green Stone Sicaf S.p.A. processes your personal data in connection with the promotion and sale of residential units within the “Terrazze Fedro” project (the “PROJECT”) for the following purposes:
a) To enable you to use the services available on the website, in particular to request to be contacted for information and/or promotional materials about the Project, or to schedule an appointment (online or with a representative) to receive further details;
b) Regarding browsing data, exclusively for statistical and analytical purposes, in anonymous form, to monitor and improve website performance and user experience;
c) For profiling activities, meaning the collection and analysis of information provided by you to identify preferences and needs related to the real estate solutions proposed by the Controller, allowing Terrazze Fedro and Green Stone to offer tailored property options and send personalized promotional material;
d) To send updates, promotional communications, and invitations relating to real estate projects, services, sales offers, events, and initiatives promoted by the Controller;
e) To evaluate customer satisfaction with the services provided by the Controller, in order to improve their quality.
Such communications may be sent via telephone, email, SMS/MMS, web applications, or instant messaging platforms.
NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND LEGAL BASIS
Based on the above purposes, your personal data will be processed:
a) Without your express consent, for the purposes under points (a) and (b) above, as these are necessary for the execution of the services you request (Art. 6, letter b, GDPR). Providing such data is therefore mandatory; failure to do so may make it impossible for the Controller to provide the requested services or contact you;
b) Only with your specific and explicit consent (Art. 7 GDPR), for the purposes under points (c), (d), and (e) Refusal to consent will not affect your browsing experience or access to the website’s services. You may withdraw your consent at any time, freely and at no cost, following the procedures described in Section 7 below.
